Water and health Deep groundwater in sedimentary basins are exploited as mineral water, thermal water, and drinking water; specific long-term maintaining and management of resources is a major focus of attention. Particular attention is also paid to the sectors of therapeutic and health tourism, as well as water taken to enhance human health.
