The “Water Resources and Management” business/research competence network (KNET Water, for short) is a competence network in the sense set forth by the “Competence Centre / Competence Network Support Program” of the Austrian Federal Government, and in keeping with the guidelines governing support for industrial competence centres and competence networks. As the recipient of support from governmental funding sources, “Kompetenznetzwerk Wasserressourcen GmbH (KNET Wasser GmbH)” is responsible for the network’s entire programme.
